Like anyone reads build threads, I will browse pics starting from the end usually, that way you don't scrutinize someone for something they already did.

I am just some supra nooblet, but I at least have enough common sense not to put a header on an NA supra and have it tuned with a piggy joke looking for more power lol.

Your supra makes me :lmao: I mean seriously what is the point of having a supra that can be easily beaten by something as common and slow as a stock dodge neon srt4?

Now if you were putting a header in along with a wideband to run a 250 shot of nitrous on your NA supra that would be a different story, however you are not.

lolz. if you were paying attention you would have seen that i got a piggyback AND a tune. it was tuned with the piggyback and the wideband on the dyno. from all of that i gained 30 whp. so stfu.

and its not like all of this is long term., it was more of a way to tie me over until i go turbo... which will be here in a couple years so dont worry :lol:

Im in no way a n00b and have been around racing and performance for as long as a 20 year old possibly could. Now I read through this entire thread so you cant say im jumping to conclusions. Only have one simple question.

Where in the fuck did you hear nitrous blew out o2 sensors?

A bad tune blows o2 sensors. Running pig rich ruins o2 sensors. You can spray the piss out of your car ON PUMP GAS WITH TIMING TAKEN OUT and now fuck up anything.

This being said, I know money is hard to come by and you probably get nervous about the whole nitrous thing so I wont push it. But on the 1st or 2nd page I can remember Brian recommending a 100 shot and I would second the notion. The quickest way to run slap around a stock ls1 is to spray that bitch. And im also sure Brian wouldnt recommend this if it would impede daily driving.

ill respect your opinion. ive had a couple friends that sprayed thy're bolt on n/a cars (not supras) but couldnt spray over a 75 cause they kept blowing out they're o2's. but they were untuned so that makes sense.

but its not like i dont have any further plans for the poopra. these mods were just to help tie me over until, well, lets just leave that unsaid ;)

on the PB, header, and tune, i didnt spend more then maybe $900. which isnt bad for 30 ish whp gain.

I'd vote against NOS every day of the week. Keep the money in your pocket till you can afford some real horsepower. The kind that doesn't run out and is always on tap if you need it.

5 years in the future I see... a big single turbo... ;)

My only concern with nitrous one his setup would be the non forged internals, and the possibility of him lifting the headgasket though I think it would take more then 100shot. At some point though sence he's not sure when he's going F/I he'll have to (hopefully) swap the internals in anyways though everytime you push the button on a non proper setup I think you degrade the dependability if even just a lil. That being said I am also very anti-nitrous on a stock motor that isn't forged but that's just me.
