Default Rare import owners! Lets see pics

Anyone that has a rare import or a car that is not seen very often post up pics. Also the amount that were built would be cool.

Im to lazy to post mine up at the moment... I will later.

I think I posted this somewhere before, but here's the official numbers on the Saturn Ion Red Line, taken from redlineforums.com:

Built from 2004-2006, and the '06 leftovers were sold in '07 with regular Ion seats (no leather Recaros). They offered the "Competiton Package" option from 2005 to 2007. Red wasn't offered in '04.

TOTALS =5827
Silver = 1589 (+/-) 1 out of 4 redlines or 27.2%
Red = 662 (+/-) 1 out of 9 redlines or 11.3%
Blue = 1584 (+/-) 1 out of 4 redlines or 27.2%
Black = 1986 (+/-) 1 out of 3 redlines or 34%
Competition Packages = 1096 1 out of 5 redlines or 18.8%

Production Ended September 1, 2006 at 9:38 am.

Not the rarest, but less than 1100 like mine made total.

Please clean the alltrac up, those are amazing little machines. The VR4 is nice also. Honestly, probably not the best forum to ask for rare imports, but still nice to see what people have tucked away.

You'd be surprised at some of the people's cars on here. RKC isn't about import bashing... no, really! Jared's been trying to get people to understand that. We're bashing idiot car owners and showing them the path of true enlightenment. [yoda]Choose the right side for themselves, they must.[/yoda]

I know TIs aren't that rare. Maybe uncommon at best. But since they haven't been made in almost 10 years, they are becoming harder to find. Plus mine has a rare option in the California Sunroof, so I'll try to post mostly pics featuring the roof.

Front shot with the roof back:

Side shot with the roof back:

Shitty roof shot, roof open:

Rear end shot, roof closed:

I couldn't tell you how many TIs were made with the california sunroof but I personally have never seen another one IRL. In a thread at 318ti.org, users were asked to vote which type of roof they had. It was thought that the TIs with no sunroof (sunroof deletes, factory option) were the rarest. However, out of 302 voters, only 55 had the cali-top and 69 had the sunroof delete. Heres the link: http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthrea...hlight=sunroof

1987 Supra, All original Paint/Interior, 67k Miles on Chasis, Unsure of the Exact Motor mileage, but it's all JDM Swapped like the 1990-92 MKIII's powered by a 1JZ-GTE. (Soon to be 1.5JZ)

One of the cleanest MKIII's I've ever seen in person, and I spend a lot of time hunting these cars down. I'll get you some updated pics in the near future.

As far as specific Details, It's got the Expensive trim, It's a Non-Abs (ABS according to vin though..) N/A Auto model, Hardtop from factory. I'm the second owner. The same guy owned it for 19 years and put about 57k Miles on it. When I first got my hands on it, it had Rust on the Passenger side fender under the trim. Which I patched/Fixed. There's some rust in the spare tire rear wheel well, but it's noting too bad, and I'm getting it taken care of ASAP. Interior is Dark Blue, All original Carpet/Floor mats, Climate control as well. The only thing I updated was the Stereo/Speakers.

Exterior Mods so far are Falken Torque 5 Rims, (17's). And 30% Tint all the way around. In process right now is the lowering springs. In the near future is a Carbon Fiber Lip, possibley the piece that sits under the windshield too (If I canf ind it again).

Not super rare, but certainly one of a kind.

You should do your fogs as well. The combo of the regular and fogs really light up the street well.

6K is just about right for me. Grass still looks green and reflectors on the street really stand out. With this setup I can see Garland Cops cars with the reflective large pinstripping from a mile away!

What, no Italians, no Brits? No one has a Datsun 2000 or a Toyota 2000GT? No one has an old Lancia? No Citroens, Renaults, Triumphs, no rare Volkswagens, BMWs, Austins, or Jags?

All luminescent light tends to have red or blue spectrum. Depends on the way the light being created (gas or LED).

It's blue because it is of the blue spectrum that HIDs tend give off, not the red. So in fact they really are that blue, it is the literal colour of light that the
camera picks up. A Camera sees what your eye can't.

something tells me no one is gonna have a toyota 2000gt, they run more than +$100K. There are a few people on here that could afford it but doubt they own one.

Here's my contribution.....

Here is mine, its an RX-7, what makes it rare in the U.S?, its a RHD RX-7, the paint job (DuPont ChromaLusion), the body kit (only one in the U.S., made by Stella, the kit is only the side skirts, fender flares, and rear bumper, they use a C-West for the front bumper)

Good looking RX7. However, I would keep the headlights down or do a headlight conversion.
