I will have 50 or so parking passes on hand the day of the show for people who dont get the memo. Last year we had 700+ try to get in the display area.
I have it planned out jamie, you should give me a call later. I can explain everything.

Is this going to be more organized than last year?

The vallet from last year was attempting to charge some of us. It was a nightmare trying to find parking, and being directed where to park wasn't any better, because half the time the "event staff" weren't sure where to have people park. It made for a confusing and frustrating night. Then to top it all off the cops showed up and ran us off last year. I hope we will see drastic improvements this year, including law enforcement NOT running us off this year.

Yes, we have learned our lessons from last year.

First of all, the 500 spots, are reserved for cars on DISPLAY. If you get a pass, you will get a parking spot INSIDE of the dealership. These cars will also be considered for the cash prizes, etc.

We have ADDITIONAL spots, and that is for SPECTATORS, you dont need a pass for those spots, and VALET will be providing services for that parking.

Roll-in for display cars is 4-6pm. Cars may NOT leave until 10pm, and no more cars will be allowed in after 6pm. This alone will eliminate so much confusion.

Certain cars will be in different areas, a parking map and more detailed parking explanation is on the way. Obviously, the dealership is not setup to accommodate 2000 people (and their cars), so we are having to make it work.

Dallas police will be on HAND in uniform at the event, several of them. We have gone to many more detailed measures for this event.

There is no class for bikes, and unfortunately I cannot provide a place for bikes at the event. Bike owners are welcome to come of course.

I'm glad to hear this year will be more organized from parking to the event. Should be good times!
