I need a job. Somthing that im not up on my feet doing all day unless im moving around (complications from a fake leg). And somthing that can be done after i get out of college for the day. I get out of class at 11:55 on mondays and wedsday Then on tuesday and thursday i get out at 1:40. Im game for anything that pays decently. I thought I would just throw this out there in case you were interested.

Its called Kids Club, its an after school program at the elementary schools in Allen. Its from 2:30pm-6:30pm everyday Mon-Fri!!! Its kids Kindergarten-6th grade! Its a great job to have while you are in school b/c its only for 4hrs so you still have time for hw and w/e else!!! The kids just come in after school, eat snack, do homework, play games, go to the gym or outside...and wait for the parents to pick them up. ALSO...it goes during the summer too...so if you are looking for a simple/FUN summer job, definitely the place to go.

If you are out of hs you would be an assistant > around $9.50 and hr
If you become coordinator in training (me) > starts around $12.30
If you become coordinator > starts around $15+

Alot of young kids are genuinly afriaid of me because of my appearance. So working with kids that age wouldnt work out too long. The offer sounds great. But its not for me unless you want a bunch of hysterical kids running around

i was born with a cleft pallete and even after 20 surgeries it still not normal enough looking to keep little kids from going ape shit. its just somthing they have never seen and dont understand. Alot of them get scared and what not.

Try checking for something on craigslist, you might find something close to you.

oh no biggy! i understand tho! My SRO (school resource officer) in middle school had that, that I know of, none of the kids ever had an issue with it. Anywho, I just thought Id throw that out there for ya.

my best friend only has 1 leg and kids call him a robot
when he was born his femur never grew so they fused his knee to his pelvis and aputated his foot and now he has a prosthetic
