well its time to change the setup of my 90 GT mustang.it currently has a '69 351w/c4.also has tubular K-member,90/10/w 160# coil-overs on the front and 50/50's on the rear.everything on it is setup for 1/4 but next week im going to take everything drag racing related off. This is the car im making my road racing car.I plan on leaving the 351w in it and put in a 5spd.For suspension i am buying a Griggs SLA and the rear will be PHB/TA 3 link rear.here are some pics of its current setup

eh it was ok, i never had enough time to tune it with the auto. the transmission is still brand new with only 6 passes. my best time non corrected was a 12.4@108mph and that was at LACR in Palmdale, CA. which was at an elevation of 2710 above sea level. I never jetted the carb, it was still out of the box. My best time with the stock t5 was a 12.95@114 at Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield,CA. the elevation there was much lower than palmdale as my best et with the t5 in palmdale was a 13.2, but the transmission didnt like the 1.5 60's which made both front wheels come off so it broke the main shaft on a launch lol.

wow!! t-5's blow.. Im surprised it lasted that long. sounds like you built it right though. What made you decide to rip it all apart and go for the whole autocross setup?

after doing many track days in my daily driver i wanted more much much more, but to run in any organized racing series its hard with your daily driver as most glass needs to be removed and such.BTW i dont do cones except construction zones...
