I saw the dyno sheet too, finally, WOW! Not bad at all! We have heard stories about this car going 300mph and having 2000hp, lol, but finally we have some real footage to check...

Hopefully, I'll be up and running with a littl emore power than before. I am still sticking with teh sameturbp, I am not mounting the big boy until I at least break into the mid 10's. I have the power to do it, just not the driving skill and Idon't want to look like a fool with a larger turbo making 400+rwhp more and only pull off low 11's ET. :D.

THe clutch is slipping bad. IT's a great race clutch for the drag strip as it bites and holds, but it wears down quick with street and traffic driving with how much slipping is involved. Luckily, it comes with insert plates to get teh most out of the carbon/carbon but I have to pull the tranny to do that.

Your car sounds good man. Keep it 100% so we can finally have one good run with us at 100% ( no TA's in the way, no hoses blowing off and giving me your first spray of the night.). WE are going to need 4 lanes wide baby. :D

alex..... is there a c5r block in the c6 z06? is there a c5r block in lances z06? NO!!!!! Its an LS7 which is a NEW motor. Ive even had u explain to me the differences in the c5r block and the LS7, why chuck and lance didnt just go that route in the first place is beyond me.

why would he buy a z06 just to put a smaller cubic inch motor than he already had. Granted it works, just seems like a pointless move considering how much has already been put into the car.

u can stroke a 6.0 block to what ever,.....383,403,408,427,434,454,n even a 500 inch kit,but thats alot $$$$ the Lsx is next for me,they're good to 2500hp,........

than what the hell are u waiting for? the LSX block is out and available, and so are the L92 heads. granted just in parts alone youre looking at over 4k for a bare block and a set of bare heads.

Oh and for the record HPE's site never said 1000 bhp, it just said 1000 hp. The flywheel thing was all speculation from what i can tell. Looking at it now, it doesnt say any amount of power, just shows the car and the fogger system.

Truly...alex car is gonna perform better than hllywood at the track...his car is more setup for it....hllywood is more apt to get alex on the street because of the way his car is setup...damn turbos are kickass from a roll....If and when alex gets his shit right he can deffinately pull hllywood from a roll...this makes for interesting/entertaining conversation and for some damn good footage from Mexico.
